A brilliant red northern cardinal is the focus of this hand-painted wood slice Christmas ornament!  The cardinal is perched on a cedar limb.  The back of the ornament has a hand-painted evergreen tree and snow scene. Inspired by my photography, my wood slice ornaments are unique and add a nature aesthetic to your holiday decor.  These are also great gifts for friends and family! 

  • The ornament in the product picture is the one you will receive!
  • Wood type - pine
  • Ornament size - approximately 3 1/4 inches in height, 3 1/4 inches in width, and 3/8 inches thick
  • I paint with acrylics, and seal the entire ornament with a water-based polycrylic to prevent the wood slice from cracking and the paint from chipping
  • Jute twine is threaded through the ornament for hanging
