Handmade bird Christmas ornaments lend both rustic and nature aesthetics to your holiday tree.  I hand-painted a belted kingfisher on this wood slice, leaving the background gray to enhance the beauty of the bird.  The natural grain of the wood slice is background for a tree in the snow on the back of this ornament.

  • The ornament in the product picture is the one you will receive!
  • Wood type - pine
  • Ornament size - approximately 3 1/4 inches in height, 3 1/2 inches in width, and 3/8 inches thick
  • I paint with acrylics and seal the ornament with polycrylic.  Sealing prevents the ornament from fading, cracking and chipping. 
  • Jute twine is threaded through the ornament for hanging
