This tiny bird is a favorite among birdwatchers, too! I hand-painted a starry night sky with a silhouette of a tree and birds on the back of this ornament.
The Carolina wren ornament is approximately 3 1/2 inches in height, 3 1/2 inches in width, and 3/8 inches thick, and I hand-paint all of my wood slice ornaments with acrylic paint. Ornaments are sealed with a light coat of polycrylic to preserve the integrity of the paint and wood slice for many years to come. Jute twine is threaded through the ornament for hanging
